We are seeking a detail-oriented, driven Assistant Superintendent to join our growing team and support the delivery of high-quality commercial construction projects. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about building exceptional schools, municipal facilities, and commercial spaces while learning under experienced leadership.

What You'll Do :

Support the Superintendent in day-to-day onsite management of K-12, municipal, and commercial projects.

Monitor jobsite safety, scheduling, and quality control to ensure projects meet specifications.

Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and inspections.

Help maintain accurate documentation, daily reports, and project schedules.

Build strong relationships with project owners, architects, and field teams.

What We're Looking For :

2+ years of experience in commercial construction or a related internship / field engineer role.

Knowledge of construction means, methods, and safety best practices.

Strong communication and organizational skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Proficiency with project management software (Procore experience is a plus).
