Precision Specialty Flooring is looking for an Assistant Superintendent / Foreman to manage Multi-Family Commercial Construction jobsites within the Greater Dallas / Ft Woth Metroplex. Full Time Entry Level or Experienced individuals may apply. $55,000-$60,000 Salary based on experience / qualifications.

Applicants can be Entry Level or Experienced with industry knowledge. Superintendents hired to the position will have the potential for growth with on the job training. Precision is a Flooring Subcontractor based out of Addison, TX, but does commercial construction across the state of TX. Precision has been consistently working in the multifamily industry with repeat clients and recently been awarded a larger quantity of jobs than can be effectively run without internal growth.

Precision is looking to fill the Assistant Superintendent role with an ambitious individual with great work ethic and integrity. While no experience is needed it is required that any gaps in knowledge will constitute more diligence in learning industry standards. The individual must be someone who takes pride in their work.

We want a hard-working individual with a positive attitude and respect for the responsibility that they are given.

We are looking for someone to start as an Assistant Superintendent and grow into a position where they can be the primary representative of Precision at the jobsite.

Any construction, flooring, handiwork, engineering, management or applicable skills are preferred.

Superintendent Job Description

Basic Overview of a Superintendent’s Role and Responsibilities :

• Meet with Project Manager to review upcoming projects
• Thoroughly review plans and understand full scope of work
• Oversee each project by staying in constant communication with subs, walking jobs,

keeping crews on track, verifying that crews are punching out work before progressing

to next level or area

completion. Make notes accordingly so Sub is paid correctly

on jobsite(s)

Insurance, Copy of Driver’s License
