Senior French Language Specialist

A company is looking for a Senior French Language Specialist for video game localization.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee translation, editing, and proofreading of French video game content from English

Collaborate with client-side stakeholders to ensure alignment on tone, style, and terminology

Develop and maintain linguistic resources, style guides, and glossaries

Required Qualifications

Native-level French and fluency in English (written and spoken)

Minimum 4 years of experience in editing video game content, particularly MMORPGs

Solid experience with CAT tools and project management platforms

Background in linguistics, translation, or language studies

Familiarity with Blizzard projects is important
