job_description.job_card.job_descriptionExperience in commercial plumbing and the commercial construction environment Valid driver's license with clean driving record Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening and back ground check Ability to read and understand plans and specs Prior experience in HVAC / Mechanical is a plus (not required) Oversee and supervise assigned tasks and Apprentices, and provide daily reports on timeline, progress, and adjustments to job Foreman Order, track and manage materials and equipment for assigned task Ensure adherence to job specific specs, State and local codes Verify plumbing systems layout with the Foreman, then plan installation of assigned task Ensure pipe sizes, hangers and supports, means and methods are correct for the application at hand Install plumbing system with pride, quality, and efficiency The ability to solder, braze, thread, solvent weld, mega-press, pro-press and install other crimp style fittings Test systems after installation to ensure a quality installation and setup for inspection
