Opportunity
Project focus on Healthcare projects from small clinics to large ambulatory care and surgical centers.
Responsibilities
- Designing, planning, scheduling, conducting, and / or coordinating detailed phases of studies, investigations, and preparation of contract documents for HVAC and plumbing systems, energy studies / improvements, sustainable design elements, and other components for buildings and facilities.
- Managing budgets, schedules, and deliverables.
- Leading business development pursuits.
- Leading, managing, and mentoring junior engineers.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology or Mechanical EngineeringMinimum 5 years' experience.Professional Engineering License required.Understanding of NFPA 99, ASHRAE 170, and the FGI Guidelines as they specifically apply to hospitals, ambulatory surgical centers, and medical office buildings.Knowledge of Med Gas.Ability to obtain ASHRAE Healthcare Facility Design Professional (HFDP) certification.Revit / BIM experience and LEED certification are a plus.Must have a valid driver's license and an insurable driving record.Salary
Salary : $70,000 - $130,000 per year depending on experience with a competitive bonus compensation program
