Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary contact for practice owners, addressing questions and reinforcing workflows
Respond to support tickets and resolve technical issues while maintaining internal documentation
Configure and support corporate services, manage user accounts, and implement security measures
Required Qualifications
3-5 years of IT Support experience in macOS and Windows environments
Proficient in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues
Experience with helpdesk software and MDM solutions
Required experience in deploying and supporting cloud applications
Must have access to reliable internet and own device
