Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Control Panel Assembly Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assembling, wiring, and testing control panels for various applications. This role requires a strong understanding of electrical schematics and the ability to work with a variety of tools and technologies. The Control Panel Technician will play a crucial role in ensuring our products meet high-quality standards and function effectively.

Responsibilities

• Assemble control panels according to specifications and schematics
• Perform electrical wiring, ensuring all connections are secure and meet safety standards
• Work knowledge of components such as Din Rails, PLCs, VFD Drives, Motors, Fuses, Relays, Power Supplies, etc.
• Perform layouts, punch, drill, tap, wire routing, labeling, cable terminating, and crimping
• Utilize hand tools, power tools, and machining equipment for assembly tasks
• Test completed panels for functionality, troubleshoot issues
• Collaborate with engineers and other technicians to improve assembly processes
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace for safety and efficiency
