job_description.job_card.job_descriptionWe are seeking a highly motivated leader with engaging interpersonal skills to deliver client-centric and sales-driven results to take on the role of Head Coach at the BRAND NEW Alloy Personal Training studio in Katy, TX. We also have Part-Time Coach positions available. Flexible schedule available. $50,000 base salary with potential earnings up to $70,000 or more. Paid Time Off Flexible Schedule Free Membership Free Workouts Benefits The Head Coach role will be an instrumental part of the studio leading the coaching program and setting the standard for a first class personal training experience. As the Head Coach, you'll spend roughly 30 hours a week conducting small group personal training sessions (4-6 people). The rest of your hours will be focused on maintaining client retention by following up with clients if they miss a session, holding accountability sessions, and supporting the Director of Training (General Manager) with any new clients. Unlike other companies, you'll have direct incentives that compensate you based on studio performance. Overall, the hours will be somewhat flexible based on business needs and the team. Reviewing Weekly Workouts and Discussing Progressions and ensuring all Trainers / Coaches understand movements Maintaining updates on Client risks / injuries / and success stories and communicating with the team Leading the weekly Coaches Meeting Vital role in creating an Alloy community where we are “Stronger Together” working close with the Director of Training (General Manager) Deliver premium client engagement : In-Body assessments, goal setting, relationship based client model to build an Alloy community of support and accountability Prioritize goals and objectives in order to develop members and other coaches Communicate regularly with the Director of Training and team members. Attend weekly team meetings.
