Construction Superintendent

As a Construction Superintendent, you will be the on-site leader responsible for managing day-to-day construction activities. You'll work closely with project managers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure seamless execution from groundbreaking to final walkthrough.

Oversee all field operations on commercial construction projects.

Coordinate subcontractors, materials, and equipment.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.

Maintain project schedules and budgets.

Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings.

Communicate effectively with clients, architects, engineers, and internal teams.

The successful applicant will have :

5+ years of experience as a Construction Superintendent in commercial construction.

Proven track record of managing ground-up and / or renovation projects.

Strong knowledge of construction methods, safety regulations, and building codes.

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency with construction management software is a plus.
