The Building / Grounds Maintenance II provides general building and grounds maintenance services. DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES? WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Responsible for regular maintenance of facilities which includes electrical systems, plumbing systems, HVAC systems, and general building maintenance.
• Performs preventive maintenance at Warren Equipment locations on electrical systems, plumbing systems, HVAC systems, wash rack systems, and compressor systems.
• Performs maintenance on grounds, exterior lighting, parking lots, trash detail at locations, wash rack repair, and sign repair.
• Performs small construction projects i.e. painting, drywall patching, floor tile, replacement, ceiling tile replacement, and lighting replacement.
• Performs housekeeping duties in electrical rooms, mechanical rooms, and compressor rooms.
• Sets up and transport furniture to locations for office personnel needs.
• Assists Facilities leadership with special projects and duties, as assigned.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee is occasionally required to sit; climb or balance or smell. The employee will be required to do heavy lifting. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. The employee is frequently exposed to moving mechanical parts; high, precarious places and outside weather conditions. The employee is occasionally exposed to wet and / or humid conditions; fumes or airborne particles; toxic or caustic chemicals; risk of electrical shock and vibration. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. Required travel up to 70%. This position is considered a safety sensitive position.
