We’re looking for a skilled and service-oriented Hydronics & Radiant HVAC Service Coordinator to join our technical support team. This role is essential to the success of our Hydronics division, providing expert guidance on boiler and geothermal systems, supporting radiant design using LoopCad, and assisting with commercial quoting efforts. You’ll collaborate closely with branch managers, sales teams, and customer service to ensure smooth operations and outstanding customer experiences.
Provide technical support for boiler and geothermal systems
Assist with radiant floor heating design using LoopCad (Uponor and Viega systems)
Support the commercial quoting team with hydronic system proposals
Deliver training and product education to internal teams and external partners
Coordinate with sales, customer service, and branch managers to ensure workflow efficiency
Manage technical inquiries and project coordination across multiple stakeholders
Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned
Strong understanding of hydronic and radiant HVAC systems
Experience with LoopCad or similar design software
Excellent communication and coordination skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work cross-functionally
Previous experience in technical support, HVAC service, or system design preferred
