Why We Need You :

We’re looking for a seasoned Director of Product Management, who can lead one of the most important bets for the product (and the company). As the Director of Product Management, you will lead this initiative end to end, including strategy, and product execution, and lead a small team of product managers. Ideally, you will be comfortable getting hands-on with detailed, nuanced product choices, while also understanding the larger path ahead with your overall strategy. Finally, to land a great outcome, you will need to be an excellent cross-functional collaborator and passionate about growing a world-class product team.

What You'll Do :

• Scope : Lead a major product line at Findem, including setting long-term strategy, and making the business case for investment
• Insights : Own the company’s thesis for the market segment including the target buyer and customer personas and their most important needs
• Product craft : Bring robust, first-principle, out of the box thinking to our problem space, and using quantitative and qualitative data to drive your conclusions
• Crafted execution : Be willing to get into the details of product choices, blockers and prioritization to enable great product outcomes.
• Communication : Working cross-functionally with marketing, GMs, support, and other stakeholders to drive alignment to the right goals.

Compensation & Benefits :

Our compensation range reflects the cost of labor across multiple U.S. geographic markets. The base salary for this role is listed below by location, and the exact amount offered will depend on your skills, experience, and work location.

Tier One Markets (SF, NYC, Seattle) : $190,000 - $210,000 per year

All Other Remote US : $180,000 - $200,000 per year
