We are seeking 2 Manufacturing Engineers (senior level and junior level) to support our precision prototype operations. These roles focus on applying advanced engineering principles to process design, validation, and oversight of CNC and manufacturing technologies , ensuring products meet the highest standards of quality and performance. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions, improve processes, and support product development from prototype to qualification.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and document complex manufacturing processes including tooling, work-holding, machining, finishing, control plans, and work instructions.

Design and build custom tooling and fixtures to support prototype manufacturing.

Apply GD&T principles and validate results using precision inspection tools (micrometers, comparators, etc.).

Manage resources and schedules to maximize throughput and meet deadlines.

Implement the latest manufacturing processes and best practices.

Support product development and design reviews with engineering input.

Collaborate with teams to troubleshoot issues, improve processes, and share technical expertise.

Apply root-cause analysis and problem-solving techniques to drive reliable solutions.

What We’re Looking For

Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.

Proven experience as a Manufacturing / Process / CNC Engineer .

Skilled in CNC machining, programming, and process oversight .

Hands-on experience in a Lean Manufacturing environment .

Familiarity with Mastercam, HAAS, DMG Mori equipment.

Knowledge of ISO 9001 standards .

Salary commensurate with experience level
