Project Structural Engineer

Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Permanent Project Structural Engineer to join our team. You will design, plan, and oversee construction projects, working closely with architects and contractors to ensure structural soundness and safety.

Responsibilities

• Design and analyze structural systems for both existing and new projects, ensuring they meet safety and performance standards.
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other professionals on project planning and design.
• Develop and review construction documents and project specifications.
• Utilize expertise in wood, structural, and environmental engineering to create efficient, sustainable designs.
• Oversee and manage erosion control and shoring activities, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
• Perform site visits and inspections to monitor progress and ensure adherence to design specifications.
• Provide technical advice to project team members and stakeholders.
• Lead and manage project teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Continually stay up-to-date with industry advancements and apply knowledge to work.
