Associate Creative Director Job at Acosta Sales & Marketing in New York

DESCRIPTION

Specifically, we are looking for a full-time Associate Creative Director (XM / B2B) who challenges conventional thinking, can tell a killer story (or joke), and is obsessed with ideas. From sampling campaigns, stunts, brand acts, immersive brand experiences and large-scale conference design we’re looking for someone who can lead and loves doing the work.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Specifics :

Location - while Mosaic has an office in Dallas, our creative team is decentralized. We encourage anyone in major markets to apply (Chicago, New York, LA, Seattle, etc.)

Travel - presentations, working sessions, team gatherings, and presence at on-site activations are expected, up to 10%.

Commitment – while we strongly believe in a work / live balance, we regularly operate across time zones, deadlines, event and production schedules, etc.

QUALIFICATIONS

6+ years agency experience

Open to Art or Copy background

Strong conceptual thinker : you’re obsessed with ideas and what makes the best ones better than the rest

Experience in event, experiential, and live creative

Possesses a malleable creative skill set that enables you to move seamlessly between project types, including but not limited to Event, B2B, Conference, Sampling, and beyond

Experience with tech-forward clients and categories is ideal

Strong presenter who can sell ideas to clients in a confident and compelling way

Great hang – willing collaborator & creative community member

Culture enthusiast with deep tentacles and interests in sports, tech, music, television, etc.
