Join our Elevate team as an Associate Engineer with a leading pharmaceutical company, where your journey begins with purpose and potential. This entry-level role is designed for recent graduates in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Automation, Mechatronics, or Engineering Technology who are eager to grow their careers in a dynamic, hands-on environment.

Through the Elevate program , you\'ll receive tailored technical training, professional development, and mentorship to help you build a strong foundation in engineering. Initially, you\'ll support teams by managing and updating technical documentation, change controls, and deviation investigations. As your confidence and capabilities grow, you\'ll transition into more technical responsibilities—starting with equipment testing and progressing to front-line troubleshooting and problem-solving.

This role is ideal for individuals who are curious, collaborative, and driven to continuously learn. You'll gain exposure to real-world systems, work alongside experienced professionals, and contribute meaningfully to engineering solutions from day one.

Key Responsibilities

• Update and maintain engineering design documents, some exceeding 100 pages.
• Own and manage change control processes.
• Investigate and document deviations in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Utilize platforms such as Veeva Vault, Trackwise, and Kneat for document management.
• Execute equipment testing to build understanding of mechanical and automation systems.
• Support front-line troubleshooting by shadowing experienced engineers and documenting processes.
• Contribute to the development of a comprehensive troubleshooting notebook.
• Proactively identify areas for documentation updates beyond initial scope.
• Understand the purpose and impact of engineering changes to ensure alignment with operational goals.
