Position Summary :
The Maintenance Production Manager is responsible for overseeing the efficient allocation of labor, materials, and equipment within the maintenance division to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and operational effectiveness. This role manages crew scheduling, equipment and material logistics, and supports field operations while maintaining accountability for labor, material, and equipment budgets.

Responsibilities / Duties
Crew Scheduling (50%)
Develop and maintain weekly and monthly schedules for maintenance crews, aligning with project priorities and client expectations as directed by Account Managers.Coordinate site access with clients and crews.Adjust schedules as needed based on access restrictions, weather conditions, or site-specific requirements.Monitor and manage inventory levels, including purchasing, job costing, and allocating tools, hard / soft goods, and irrigation materials for maintenance and enhancement activities.Coordinate routine maintenance and repairs of equipment to minimize downtime.Ensure crews are properly equipped before deployment.Manage remote irrigation system software (Baseline and Hydrawise), monitor weekly performance, and support Account Managers and Crew Leads in system operations.Maintain and report on material and equipment budgets, tracking weekly KPIs.Field Support (15%)
Provide on-site support and problem-solving assistance to field crews.Train team members on best practices, safety protocols, and equipment usage.Assist in implementing company policies and maintenance standards in the field.Communication & Reporting (10%)
Maintain ongoing communication with the Maintenance Division Manager regarding job status, challenges, and resource needs.Collaborate with Account Managers to ensure site requirements and contractual obligations are met.Attend and contribute to weekly scheduling meetings.Track and report weekly KPIsIdentify areas for improvement, participate in the development of strategic initiatives, and implement best practices to optimize maintenance division operations.Working Conditions
Hybrid role : mix of office, remote, and field work.Outdoor work in varying weather conditions as needed.Occasional lifting of materials and equipment (up to 50 lbs).Regular travel to job sitesQualifications / Requirements
Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in landscape maintenance or a related field.Strong understanding of commercial and residential landscape maintenance practices and irrigation systems (experience with on-structure landscapes preferred).Experience with irrigation software (Hunter Hydrawise and Baseline preferred).Ability to read and interpret site plans, maintenance schedules, and contracts.Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.Strong communication and leadership abilities.Adaptable to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.Proficient with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and LMN or other landscape software (preferred).Bilingual (English / Spanish) is a plus.Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.Additional Information
