This full-time position provides direct support to the Vice President as well as other administrative tasks.

Qualifications :

College degree preferred but not required

Bookkeeping and Accounting experience required

Organizational skills required

Knowledge and experience with computers

o Microsoft Office

Advertisement for Administrative Assistant

Part-time Administrative Assistant needed for precision manufacturing job shop in Macon, Georgia. Duties include providing direct support to the Vice President, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Order Entry, Filing and other administrative tasks. Organizational skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office products are required. Training with industry specific software will be provided but some experience with generic accounting software is a plus.
