About the Position :

We are seeking a strategic and dynamic Director of Finance with a proven track record of success to oversee all aspects of Mason’s financial operations. This is the most dynamic finance role at Mason — one that requires both high-level financial expertise and a willingness to be hands-on in daily operations. At Mason, everyone rolls up their sleeves to get the job done, and we are looking for a servant leader to model that same mindset.

This individual will be responsible for leading the finance department with vision, integrity, and accountability. They must serve as a mentor to every position within the finance department , setting the tone for the team’s work ethic, collaboration, and continuous growth. You'll be expected to guide strategic decisions, foster internal development, and uphold a standard of operational excellence throughout the department and across the company.

We are seeking a leader who can integrate into our organization by fostering a balance between the personal, collaborative spirit of a family-run business and the structure of a corporate environment. This individual should be actively engaged, hands-on, and committed to working alongside the team—supporting and serving them—rather than simply overseeing from a distance.

This position reports directly to the executive leadership team and plays a crucial role in supporting the company’s long-term success.
