RumbergerKirk is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Associate Attorney with 3-5 years’ experience in general civil litigation defense, with an emphasis on general liability litigation. As an Associate Attorney at RumbergerKirk, you will take on substantial responsibility, including direct client interaction, drafting pleadings, and motions, conducting discovery and participating in depositions and court appearances. Position Details :

• Represent clients in all phases of litigation.
• Manage cases from inception to trial with the supervising partner.
• Conduct depositions, attend hearings, mediations, and argue motions.
• Interview witnesses, expert depositions, negotiate with opposing counsel.
• Conduct legal research, draft motions, memoranda, settlement agreements, and trial documents.
