An established home infusion pharmacy in Columbus, OH is seeking an experienced Director of Operations to oversee all aspects of daily operations and drive organizational success. This leadership role is critical for ensuring regulatory compliance, operational efficiency, patient satisfaction, and financial performance aligned with strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage daily operations across pharmacy, nursing, intake, and business functions.
• Establish and implement departmental goals, policies, and standard operating procedures.
• Monitor monthly profit and loss data, develop improvement strategies, and drive operational performance.
• Collaborate with Corporate Sales and Development teams to execute business growth initiatives.
• Oversee order generation, compounding, picking, packing, and shipping processes.
• Manage human resources functions including hiring, coaching, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal regulations.
• Promote exceptional service for patients, referral sources, and payors.
• Direct performance improvement initiatives and manage incident reporting.
