Job Responsibilities :
- Answer incoming phone calls in a professional manner.
- Respond promptly to sales leads via email or phone communication
- Welcome and assist customers upon their arrival in the showroom
- Work with customers to place orders for small items.
- Assist customers with the selection of hardware for their projects.
- Provide information about products and procedures, addressing general inquiries
- Prepare accurate invoices
- Manage appointment scheduling for designers, deliveries and our service department efficiently using ERP software and Microsoft Outlook.
- Create high-quality 3D renderings as per company requirements (Training Provided)
- Maintain office supplies inventory and reorder as necessary
- Ensure the showroom is organized, samples are well-stocked, and maintains an appealing appearance for customer visits
Requirements :
- Proficiency in handling multiple tasks simultaneously with excellent time management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficient in using office software
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain a tidy and welcoming showroom environment
