Key Responsibilities
Refine and implement the Voice of Customer (VOC) strategy for the Copilot Growth team
Establish effective channels to share insights and motivate stakeholder engagement
Oversee the Rhythm of Business (ROB) to enhance team inclusivity and learning
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field AND 4+ years of experience in engineering, product / technical program management, data analysis, or product development
Experience in operational excellence and data-driven decision making
Equivalent experience may be considered
