About The Position

Job Assignment Details : Manage and oversee a team of 20 direct reports, ensure effective leadership and support, supervise the scheduling team to maintain efficiency and operational coverage, and provide ongoing training, coaching, and development opportunities to team members.

Job Requirements

Requirements : Bachelor's degree Required. At least 2 years of laboratory experience, preferably in Specimen Processing. Previous leadership experience required. Works in a fast-paced environment.
