We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Water Restoration Helper to join our team. The Water Restoration Helper assists in the restoration of properties affected by water damage, including water extraction, drying, and clean-up processes. This is an entry-level position ideal for individuals looking to start a career in the restoration industry.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist in the set-up and operation of equipment used for water extraction, dehumidification, and drying.
• Remove water-damaged materials, including carpets, drywall, and flooring, under supervision.
• Clean and sanitize affected areas to prevent mold growth.
• Transport and maintain equipment and supplies to and from job sites.
• Monitor and document moisture levels, temperatures, and drying progress.
• Assist in preparing job sites by moving furniture and protecting undamaged areas.
• Follow safety protocols and wear personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
• Support the lead technician in completing restoration tasks efficiently and effectively.
• Communicate effectively with team members and clients on-site.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas and equipment.
