Producer Responsibilities :

• Work closely with creative teams to bid, award, and execute top-tier work.
• Collaborate with program management and marketers to align and achieve campaign goals.
• Deliver diverse assets including stills, animation, and live-action videos.
• Support innovation within formats to create breakthrough and memorable creative work.
• Set project schedules and manage calendars for internal and external creative teams.
• Negotiate and manage project statements of work, estimates, and related parameters.
• Manage relationships with external vendors such as illustrators, photographers, design firms, and production companies.
• Support peers to ensure consistent team delivery.

Salary range : $94,000 / year to $142,000 / year + bonus + equity + benefits. Compensation varies based on skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Benefits details are available at Meta’s website.
