Purpose :
The role of the Food Services Specialist will be to assist the Food Services Manager with the food services needs of residents of Brighton Recovery Center for Women, processing SNAP benefits, and ensuring catering needs in the Northern KY area. Also provide support and training to the residents assigned to the kitchen and catering programs, responsible for monitoring food inventory and safe handling of food prepared and served, assist with purchases related to catering and or kitchen supplies and ensure compliance of the physical plant with NKY Health Department standards.
