Senior Software Engineer (Remote - US)

Accountabilities

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-level software solutions to support pension management and other mission-critical applications.
• Ensure seamless integration across multiple systems, including APIs, databases, and infrastructure components.
• Apply best practices in software development, security, and system design to enhance efficiency, reliability, and compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, solve complex technical challenges, and implement effective solutions.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to colleagues and stakeholders, mentoring junior engineers when needed.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
• Maintain thorough documentation for system design, code, and operational procedures.

Requirements

o    Associate’s degree + 4 years of experience,

o    Bachelor’s degree + 2 years of experience,

o    Master’s degree may substitute for experience requirements.
