UNIQLO Store Management Internship
Join us on the sales floor! The UNIQLO Store Management Internship is a hands-on learning experience designed for students who are passionate about retail, leadership, and making an impact in a fast-paced environment. As a store intern, you'll work directly on the retail sales floor, supporting store operations and developing leadership skills alongside our full-time team.
This internship is a steppingstone towards a long-term career with UNIQLO. Top-performing interns will be considered for our UNIQLO Manager Candidate (UMC) Programa full-time leadership development track designed to fast-track your career in store management.
What You'll Be Doing :
End of Term Project :
You will focus approximately 20% of your time on a unique project that tackles an opportunity or area of improvement at your specific store location. Examples of past projects include : improving app downloads, increasing internal employee morale, increasing brand awareness of UNIQLO projects to customers, and more. At the end of the program, you will present your results and findings to our store and corporate leaders!

Physical Demands :
This position involves constant moving, talking, hearing, reaching, and standing. Involves standing for at least two consecutive hours. Involves lifting at least 30 lbs. May occasionally involve stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders. Vision abilities include close vision, color vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus. May involve reaching above eye level. Must be able to perform duties with or without reasonable accommodations
