We are looking for a motivated Business Development Representative (BDR) who will play a critical role in generating qualified opportunities for our sales team. The ideal candidate combines excellent communication and relationship-building skills with a foundational understanding of property management operations.
Key Responsibilities
Research, identify, and engage property management companies, owners, and operators to generate new business opportunities.
Conduct discovery conversations to understand the unique needs of property managers, including compliance, pet-related risk management, and resident satisfaction.
Maintain close collaboration with Account Executives, ensuring qualified prospects are transitioned smoothly.
Develop and maintain a working knowledge of property management workflows, compliance requirements, and resident engagement practices.
Meet or exceed weekly / monthly activity metrics, including calls, emails, meetings booked, and demos scheduled.
