Job details :

Position : Orthopedic Surgery Physician Assistant

Location : Coos Bay, OR

Shift : Days, Days + On call

Role : Permanent

Rate :

Base salary $160,000 (This represents the rate for an individual with significant experience in this job in a full-time 40 hour per week position).

Potential Sign-on Bonus up to $10,000 (to be discussed at interview)

Relocation assistance, if applicable

Requirements :

Board Certified Physician Assistant (PA) - REQUIRED

Oregon license (or willing to obtain) - REQUIRED

Does the provider have ties to Oregon - i.e. family in the area or has lived in OR at some point? (note in "Additional Submission Details") - REQUIRED

Minimum of 2 years work experience as inpatient Orthopedic PA (not including training) - HIGHLY PREFERRED

Clean Malpractice History / Background - REQUIRED

Copy of the NPDB self-query report - REQUIRED
