What You'll Do :

  • Drive sales by seeking out new clients and developing strategic relationships in the freight forwarding industry.
  • Engage with customers to understand their logistics needs and provide tailored solutions to meet those needs.
  • Present our freight forwarding services in an engaging manner that highlights our unique offerings.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of services.
  • Keep an ear to the ground on market trends and customer feedback to refine our approach and offerings.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets while enjoying a supportive and energetic work environment.

Requirements

Are You the Right Fit?

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in freight forwarding or logistics.
  • A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills—you're a people person!
  • Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to close deals effectively.
  • A team player who thrives in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
  • Self-motivated with a passion for providing outstanding service to clients.
