IT Project Engineer - Level II

Description

We are seeking a skilled and motivated IT Project Engineer (Level II) to join our Professional Services team. This role is ideal for a certified technical professional with hands-on experience in managing IT projects from initiation to completion. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality solutions to our clients, ensuring seamless integration and execution across various technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support IT infrastructure and cloud-based project implementations.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Configure, deploy, and troubleshoot Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Entra ID environments. Additional platforms as needed i.e. Microsoft Active Directory.
• Document project progress, technical configurations, and client communications.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with client expectations.
• Provide post-implementation support and knowledge transfer to clients and internal teams.
