Desktop Engineer

IT Support Engineer Job Overview We're seeking a skilled IT Support Technician to provide hands-on technical support for desktop, notebook, and mobile computing equipment. This role involves both hardware and software troubleshooting, coordination with internal teams and external vendors, and occasional travel to remote locations across the region.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain desktop, notebook, and mobile computing devices, along with related peripherals.
• Provide support for general and specialized software applications and hardware.
• Assist with installation and maintenance of IT equipment in field vehicles.
• Collaborate with vendors to resolve workstation-related issues.
• Coordinate with Tier 1 and Tier 3 support teams to address escalated technical problems.
• Utilize an internal ticketing system to manage and track support requests.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the agency.

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $28.00 / hr.
