Description :

The Purchasing Administrator provides support to the Purchasing Department by ensuring all tasks are accurately completed. This position also provides administrative support to the Shipping and Receiving Department.

• Accountable For :
• Processing paperwork for inbound shipments.
• Processing and organizing purchase-related information, files and reports to maintain efficiency.
• Communicating and Coordinating with the Shipping and Receiving department on WIP, Sales Orders and inventory items.
• Updating purchase order dashboard daily and processing data entry.
