Our MICU is a 16-bed unit that cares for a wide patient population including diagnoses such as sepsis / septic shock, acute respiratory failure, post cardiac arrest, liver failure, GI bleed. Nurses will use arterial lines, ventilators, intraortic balloon pumps, EKOs, CRRT while caring for their patients. Our team includes a Clinical Nurse Specialist who focuses on nursing quality outcomes and staff education and support.
