Operations Administrator
We are seeking a dedicated Operations Administrator to support our team in preparing for and managing quality and procurement audits. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing for and supporting quality and procurement audits.
- Maintain audit documentation, track findings, and follow up on corrective actions.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external auditors to ensure timely and accurate responses.
- Manage and update operational records, reports, and documentation.
- Support procurement activities by tracking vendor compliance and documentation.
- Prepare presentations, summaries, and reports for leadership and audit teams.
- Help maintain and improve standard operating procedures and workflows.
- Monitor compliance with internal policies and assist in identifying process improvements.
- Support cross-functional teams with data collection and reporting.
- Serve as a liaison between operations, quality, and procurement departments.
- Assist in coordinating meetings, training sessions, and audit-related communications.
Essential Skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Strong organizational and time management skills.Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams.Previous experience in an operations or quality support role.Additional Skills & Qualifications
Familiarity with quality standards, SAP, and ISO standards.Experience in data entry within a manufacturing companyPrior quality or operations experience is a MUSTWork Environment
This is a fully onsite position, requiring candidates to work in Watertown. Candidates must be comfortable occasionally working out of New Berlin. The work environment is supportive, with a strong internal benefits system and a close-knit team of colleagues.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $29.00 / hr.
