Role Overview

As a revenue analyst, you perform extensive quantitative and qualitative analyses to support the revenue management team and drive improvements to the revenue management processes. Multiple responsibilities including supporting / managing a portfolio of 10-15 communities, oversight and / or direct ownership of projects that monitoring revenue performance and identify opportunities for revenue growth within various regional portfolios. You will also take the lead on numerous projects and initiatives as Cortland continues to innovate and adapt to changing market conditions. Here are the roles you'll play :

The Revenue Specialist

• Utilize data to assess trends and alert leadership of potential risks and opportunities
• Support revenue team through ownership of administrative and support functions including the generation and management of renewal process
• Support revenue growth efforts in alignment with asset strategies through demonstration of strong data and analysis skills
• Strengthen your awareness of revenue objectives across the organization through curiosity and strong partnerships
• Identify and execute actionable revenue improvement initiatives and business strategies
• Partner with revenue operations leadership to identify and document needed policies and procedures, ensure compliance
• Support revenue management inventory and pricing for a portfolio of 10 to 15 multi-family assets
