Position Type : Part Time

Pay Rate : $17.50 / Hour

Job Schedule : Day Time Wed 05 : 00 AM - 03 : 00 PM Thur 05 : 00 AM - 03 : 00 PM

What You'll Do :

Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites

Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education

Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams

Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service

Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities :

Greet and screen individuals entering the healthcare location, following established security-related procedures and site-specific policies.

Provide customer service to all visitors, patients, and staff by addressing questions and assisting with directions as needed.

Monitor entry points to help to deter unauthorized access and / or prohibited items from entering the premises.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following Allied Universal protocols.

Document and report any unusual activities or observations to the appropriate personnel.

Assist with emergency response activities as directed, maintaining composure and professionalism at all times.

Collaborate with healthcare staff to support a secure environment for patients, visitors, and employees.

What We're Looking For :

Availability across various days and shifts

Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments

A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company

Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available

Minimum Requirements :

A Security Professional Guard Card is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
