job_description.job_card.job_descriptionGreet and screen individuals entering the healthcare location, following site-specific policies and procedures. Provide customer service by assisting visitors, patients, and staff with inquiries and directions as needed. Carry out security-related procedures and protocols to help maintain a secure environment within the healthcare facility. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating issues as appropriate. Monitor entry points and verify credentials to help control access to the location. Communicate clearly and professionally with visitors, staff, and / or emergency personnel as required. Support Allied Universal and client staff during emergency response activities according to established guidelines. Availability across various days and shifts Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available A Security Professional Guard Card is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Security Professional - Healthcare Screener Patrols

DayTime Monday 05 : 00 AM - 01 : 00 PM Tuesday 05 : 00 AM - 01 : 00 PM Wednesday 05 : 00 AM - 01 : 00 PM Thursday 05 : 00 AM - 01 : 00 PM Friday 05 : 00 AM - 01 : 00 PM
What You'll Do :
- Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
- Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
- Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
- Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
- Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
