Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for a seasoned insurance professional who excels in client relationship management, risk assessment, and account servicing. The Senior Account Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for mid- to large-sized commercial clients, providing expert guidance on coverage options, policy renewals, claims, and risk management strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with commercial clients by providing responsive, professional, and consultative service.
Manage all aspects of client accounts, including new business processing, renewals, endorsements, cancellations, audits, and coverage reviews.
Analyze clients' business operations and exposures to recommend tailored insurance solutions that align with their risk management needs.
Proactively coordinate renewals, negotiate terms with carriers, and present comprehensive proposals to clients.
Support clients through the claims process by serving as a liaison between the insured and carriers, ensuring timely resolution and effective communication.
Collaborate with insurance carriers, underwriters, and other partners to secure favorable terms and maintain strong market relationships.
Provide mentorship, training, and guidance to junior account managers and account executives, supporting overall team growth and development.
Ensure all activities adhere to industry regulations, agency policies, and client confidentiality standards.
