Overview
We are seeking a Commercial Insurance Account Manager to become a part of our organization! You will work directly with the clients to form a professional relationship as a trusted insurance advisor.
Responsibilities
- Corresponding directly with the customers to provide exceptional customer service by addressing clients' questions, maintaining accurate records of client interactions, documenting transactions within the agency management system, payment processing, and obtaining competitive quotes through our carriers.
- Reviewing coverages and recommending coverage options including commercial property, general liability, professional liability, and more.
- Identifying and performing cross-selling opportunities to enhance client coverage and agency growth.
- Analyzing the insured's business and selling insurance products to best suit the customer's needs
- Collaborating with underwriters and insurance carriers to tailor insurance solutions to match optimal coverage to price.
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in commercial insurance account management or related fieldValid Property & Casualty license in OhioExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsDetail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skillsAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environmentBachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field (but not required)As a member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to work with a diverse client base, from small businesses to large enterprises, while partnering with top-tier insurance carriers.
