Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support and administration of the end-user PC-related environment.
• Deliver front-line support for reservation, content management, and guest online portal applications.
• Act as the first line of support, requiring empathy, patience, and strong problem-solving skills.
• Maintain and document IT issues and resolutions; utilize the IT ticketing system (e.g., ServiceNow).
• Support a basic PC networking environment (wired and wireless) and VPN software.

Compensation

The salary range for this position is $50,000.00 – $72,500.00.
