Job Description
- Assist in managing construction project schedules, budgets, and resources to meet deadlines and objectives.
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
- Monitor on-site activities to ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality standards.
- Prepare and review project documentation, including contracts, permits, and reports.
- Support the Project Manager in resolving project-related challenges and conflicts.
- Track project progress and provide regular updates to senior management.
- Contribute to cost control measures and identify opportunities for cost savings.
- Ensure adherence to all local, state, and federal regulations for construction projects.
