The Opportunity
Dex is hiring a General Manager to lead our expansion in the United States. This is a career-defining opportunity for an experienced Talent leader to step beyond traditional recruitment into a commercially focused leadership role.
You’ll be responsible for launching and scaling Dex’s US presence, building client relationships, winning new business, hiring across GTM, and shaping our brand in the American market.
We’re looking for someone entrepreneurial, ambitious, and deeply networked in the talent ecosystem who wants to take ownership of growing a venture-backed AI startup in what will be our most important market.

What You’ll Do
- Lead Dex’s US expansion , with a focus on building Tier 1 client relationships, especially on the West Coast.
- Establish partnerships with VCs, suppliers, and ecosystem players.
- Build and manage GTM, marketing, and events teams in the US.
- Serve as the lead for Dex in America, shaping culture, brand, and growth.
