Wedbush Securities is actively hiring a Managing Director to lead ourBuilding Supplies Investment Banking vertical — one of thehighest-margin, highest-opportunity sectors in middle-market banking.This is a rare opportunity for a seasoned banker with active mandatesor qualified deal flow to take full control of their book, operatewith independence, and capitalize on our full-service platform —without waiting for layers of approvals, turf battles, orinstitutional drag.

We are only considering experienced, currently active investmentbankers who are ready to transact from day one. This is an opportunityto own a vertical and build real equity — not a junior ramp-up orbusiness development role.

This opportunity is open to candidates throughout the United States,who will report into either our New York City, San Francisco, LosAngeles, or Chicago offices.

Compensation

The reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role hasnot been adjusted for the applicable geographic location. A reasonableestimate of the current range is $250,000. Colleagues may be eligiblefor additional, discretionary incentive compensation based on thecolleague\'s and the firm\'s performance. At Wedbush, Decisionsregarding compensation are determined on a case-by-case basis and aredependent on a variety of factors including but not limited to skillsets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and otherbusiness and organizational needs.
