Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Commercial Construction Project Manager based in Las Vegas, NV. The Project Manager will oversee all aspects of construction projects, from planning and budgeting to execution and delivery. Daily tasks will include coordinating with subcontractors, managing schedules, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and maintaining communication with clients to ensure their needs are met.

The Project Manager will also be responsible for tracking project progress and resolving any issues that arise during construction.

Qualifications

• Project management and organizational skills related to commercial construction
• Experience coordinating with subcontractors and managing schedules
• Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance requirements in construction
• Strong communication and client-relations skills
• Proficiency in construction budgeting and financial management
• Ability to solve problems and resolve issues that arise during construction
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
• Experience with construction management software and tools
• Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial construction project management
