What does a successful Deal Desk Finance Analyst do? At Fiserv, a successful Deal Desk Finance Analyst plays a key role in supporting the sales organization by analyzing and structuring complex renewal deals for financial institutions, ensuring the inclusion of correct solutions, contractual terms, and pricing elements. By bridging the gap between sales, finance, legal, and other departments, the analyst streamlines the sales process and optimizes deal profitability.

What you will do :

• Review sales deals to ensure compliance with pricing and discounting policies and provide guidance on deal structure to optimize revenue and minimize risk.
• Assist with preliminary pricing workbook creation, manage pricing strategies, and ensure accuracy in pricing and deal terms.
• Assist in developing content, reviewing pricing proposal materials, and ensuring that proposals are tailored to meet client needs while aligning with the Fiserv solution offerings.
• Work closely with sales, finance, legal, and other departments to streamline the deal process and ensure timely response to internal and external clients.
• Ensure deals comply with revenue recognition guidelines and legal requirements.
• Manage the entire pricing deal process from client request to contract closeout.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance deal velocity, efficiency, and overall sales effectiveness.
• Track deal metrics and trends, providing insights to stakeholders on deal performance and potential areas for improvement.
