Job Summary :
Our client is seeking a Client Service Representative to join their team! This position is located in Chicago, Illinois and Tempe, Arizona.
Duties :
- Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner, providing quality servicing of client / partner calls through effective communication of call behaviors and accurate information
- Log all client / partner inquiries received via phone, email, or fax with a detailed description of the issue / problem, research, or action taken for resolution in the CRM database
- Maintain system access and knowledge level as it pertains to each program the representative has been trained on, and frequently attend educational seminars to improve knowledge and performance
- Provide accurate transactional information to clients to avoid creating any loss situations for the unit
- Perform functional transaction processing (ACH transfers, stop payments, wires, and general maintenance) accurately and without monetary errors
- Identify customer needs, clarify information, research issues, and provide solutions and / or alternatives
- Work effectively as both a team member and independently
- Demonstrate knowledge of the core aspects of the job while beginning to develop a basic understanding of the broader business function
Desired Skills / Experience :
Experience in a comparable industry and / or call center setting or customer support role is preferredFamiliarity with CRM systems, practices, and banking terminology such as investments, redemptions, ACH transfers, and wire transfersStrong phone, verbal, and written communication skillsStrong active listening and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle irate or challenging callers with minimal assistanceHighly flexible and adaptable to changeAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environment, adjust to different personality types, and learn quicklyEffective multitasking skillsSelf-motivated with the ability to set priorities and manage time efficientlyComputer literacy with the ability to navigate multiple applications and systems simultaneouslyStrong teamwork capabilitiesBenefits :

Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
