Major Duties

• Responsible for providing client service through the execution of daily functions and tasks.
• Understand and enhance desktop operating procedures and controls.
• Responsible for providing timely response to queries and finding resolution to avoid repetitive actions.
• Works effectively both as a team member as well as an independent self-motivated individual.
• Responsible for multiple projects of various complexities.
• Cross train on other functions as well as provide back up.
• Serve as a key subject matter expert and mentor to junior level employees.
• Able to identify opportunities for improvement within existing technology applications while acting as a liaison with partner areas to drive resolution.
• Independently build relationships with internal and client contacts.
• Responsible for understanding client's business needs and deliverables.
• Act as the escalation point of contact for client issues or inquiries.
• Understand current Service Level Agreements (SLAs) that are directly related to job function(s).
• Establish, build & maintain effective working relationships with key partners internal and external to the organization.
• Drive the engagement of other partners as appropriate to solve client inquiries / issues.
• Understand impact of personal job function(s) on IOO peers and applicable shared services partners.

Salary Range : $66,700 - 113,300 USD

Salary range is a good faith estimate of base pay. Northern Trust provides a comprehensive benefits package including retirement benefits (401k and pension), health and welfare benefits (medical, dental, vision, spending accounts and disability), paid time off, parental and caregiver leave, life & accident insurance, and other voluntary and well-being benefits. Northern Trust also provides a discretionary bonus program that may include an equity component.
